The case was registered at Sector 31 police station yesterday against J K Garg, director of SRS group, and 16 others, including some people from his company, officials said.
The FIR was filed on the basis of a complaint by Pavan Malhan, the managing director of Noida-based ebiz.Com, for fraud in land deal.
Garg, however, has refuted the charges, saying the case against him was wrong and he sold the land to ebiz.Com which belonged to him.
