'Django Unchained', starring Jamie Foxx in the title role, and MacFarlane's bawdy teddy-bear comedy are both up for Movie Of The Year, facing competition from 'Silver Linings Playbook', 'The Avengers' and 'The Dark Knight Rises'.
The Best Female Performance category will be a race between Anne Hathaway for 'Les Miserables', Mila Kunis for 'Ted', Jennifer Lawrence for 'Silver Linings Playbook', Emma Watson for 'The Perks of Being a Wallflower' and Rebel Wilson for 'Pitch Perfect'.
Meanwhile, Foxx is up for Best Male Performance, along with Ben Affleck for 'Argo', Bradley Cooper for 'Silver Linings Playbook', Daniel Day-Lewis for 'Lincoln' and Channing Tatum for 'Magic Mike'.
The winners will be revealed on April 14.
