The Delhi Jal Board (DJB) has said its online services would remain inaccessible for eight days from Friday.
The utility said its revenue management system was being upgraded to increase the efficiency of its billing system.
"Due to the upgradation of the billing system, all online services will not be available from 23-08-2019 to 30-08-2019," the DJB said.
"For payment of water bills, use kiosks at zonal revenue offices. Due date of bill payment during the above period will stand extended up to 09-09-2019 without late payment surcharge," it added.
