On August 19, four persons arrested at Villupuram for allegedly pilfering and adulterating milk, taking it from tankers transporting State-run Aavin milk to diaries in Chennai.
Last month, the Crime Branch CID filed a chargesheet in the case against 23 persons. The charges include adulteration, criminal conspiracy and criminal breach of trust.
