Doorkeys.Com partners Signature Global to mkt housing projects

Realty portal Doorkeys.Com today announced its tie up with real estate developer Signature Global to market online its two affordable housing projects in Gurugram and provide other digital solutions.
Earlier this week, Signature Global, which is into development of affordable homes, has said it would invest Rs 500 crore to develop two housing projects in Gurugram with 2,405 units in a price range of Rs 18-24 lakh. The apartments will be allotted by a HUDA-approved draw system.
As a part of this association, Doorkeys said it will provide numerous benefits to buyers for two affordable housing projects by Signature Global, namely 'Serenas' and 'Roselia' in Gurugram.

"Buyers can visit Doorkeys.Com to apply for 1 and 2 BHK apartments in these projects. The application fee has been waived off for Doorkeys buyers. They will also get Rs 2,000 in reward points," the portal said in a statement.
"Doorkeys is helping us in reaching out to the digital audience which today constitutes the majority of home buyer population thus enabling more online bookings," Signature Global Co-Founder and Managing Director Ravi Aggarwal said.
Speaking on the partnership, Doorkeys.Com Co-Founder and CEO Arjun Basu said: "Buyer sentiments hit a low post-demonetisation. However, with affordable housing schemes like this, backed by HUDA, buyers can once again think about owning a home in Gurugram."
