DoPT Secy faints while giving speech

A senior IAS officer, who is Secretary in Department of Personnel and Training, passed out today while making at speech at an event here.
S K Sarkar was addressing IAS officers at Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy of Administration, where President Pranab Mukherjee was the keynote speaker.
While delivering his speech, he walked a few steps on feeling uneasy and then collapsed.
Medical staff rushed to Sarkar and provided him immediate aid. He was taken out for medical care.
Sarkar was suffering from low blood pressure and is said to be fine now.
