Dubey's spell made all the difference as Central Railway were restricted to a paltry 115-8 in their 20 overs.
The chase was tricky for a while for DY Patil 'B' as they lost their openers and were struggling at 41-3. But in walked Dubey who smashed an unbeaten 57 off 35 balls.
Earlier in the semifinals, DY Patil 'B' had defeated CAG by five wickets, while Central Railway stoutly defended a modest target of 138 for 7 to get the better of a star-studded BPCL by 35 runs.
