The 26-year-old singing sensation will share screen-time with real-life friend Maisie Williams who plays Arya Stark on the popular show, reported The Independent.
Speaking on The Hits Radio, Sheeran said, "I just do a scene with Maisie. I sing a song and then she goes, 'oh, that's a nice song'."
Sheeran was previously confirmed to make a cameo on the HBO's hit fantasy drama by showrunners David Benioff and D B Weiss.
