"The process of formation of Telangana is almost complete as AP Reorganisation Bill, 2013 will get passed in upcoming Parliament session," the deputy chief minister said here at a function.
Appealing to Congress leaders from Seemandhra region, who have upped their ante for unified Andhra Pradesh under Kiran Kumar, to not "mislead" people, Raja Narasimha said the chief minister should abide by the decision of the CWC.
He said as the head of the state government, Kiran Kumar should ensure that no region in the state was discriminated against.
In a symbolic victory for Kiran Kumar and opponents of separate Telangana, the state legislature on Thursday passed by voice vote a resolution moved by the chief minister to reject AP Reorganisation Bill, 2013.
