He also directed the officials to submit a detailed report of the department's properties lying vacant in Punjab's urban areas within 15 days and have it implemented within a month to increase revenue.
The directions were issued during a meeting at the minister's officer here.
Bajwa, in a release, said that detailed information has also been sought from block samities for proper planning of development projects in their areas.
He asked the officials to initiate necessary action to remove encroachments from the department's urban properties and the construction of boundary walls.
Bajwa also cleared the projects prepared for vacant properties of Ludhiana, Jalandhar, Gurdaspur, Hoshiarpur and Tarn Taran districts.
