Ex-SC Judge Verma, retired IAS officer join 63 Moons board

63 Moons Technologies Ltd today appointed former Supreme Court Judge Deepak Verma and retired IAS officer Chitkala Zutshi as additional non-executive directors of the company.
Nisha Dutt and Miten Mehta, non-executive directors, have resigned from the Board of the company (formerly Financial Technologies). Their resignations have been accepted by the Board at its meeting held today, a company statement said here.
Jigish Sonagara has also decided to step down as whole -time director, but has consented to continue on the Board as a non-executive director, it said.
