They had consumed poison last week. While the farmer Mohan Shankar Rathod (45) died yesterday, the farmer's wife Sheelabai (38) died on Tuesday, police said.
Kalamb police have registered a case of accidental death and launched an investigation into the case.
The couple are survived by two sons, who are now in the custody of their grandmother Gauribai.
According to police, Mohan had taken a loan of Rs 40,000 from a nationalised bank. However, since he could not repay the loan, he had become a defaulter and other banks refused to grant further loan to him. His wife had borrowed Rs 60,000 from a self help group to help him.
The Revenue department team visited the victims' house and conducted a spot panchnama, a government official said.
