Future Generali India Insurance Company (FGII) has announced the launch of Intelligent Video Streaming and Settlement (i-ViSS), a video-based motor claim settlement facility for customers.
With the help of i-ViSS, the customer can asses and adjudicate the loss through video streaming of his vehicle, undertake documentation, get instant cost approval and receive a quick payment from the insurer for motor insurance claims of up to Rs 50,000, a release issued here said.
