"After winning Morena-Sheopur Lok Sabha seat, Mishra has not been seen in the constituency. He is staying at his native place Gwalior but people of his constituency are troubled as no one is there to hear their problems. Anyone who finds and brings him to his constituency will get a reward of Rs 500 from our party," Morena Congress district president Rakesh Mawai told reporters.
He alleged that Mishra had made tall promises to people to win elections but has backtracked.
Attempts to contact Mishra over his mobile and landline phone failed as he didn't take the calls.
