The External Affairs Ministry has asked Indian Mission in Iran to check the veracity of reports that 15 fishermen from Tamil Nadu have been in Iranian Navy's custody since October last year.
Official sources said the Ministry is checking with the Indian Mission in Tehran on the issue.
