60-year-old Bhagvan Sarman Solanki, from Tad village in Gujarat's Gir Somnath district, was caught after his boat entered Pakistani territorial waters in April 2015.
"His condition is deteriorating every day. He is in a critical condition and requires a special medical treatment which is not available in the Pakistani jail," claimed Bharat, one of the 18 released fishermen, while speaking to PTI over phone.
