Kuldeep, Amit Maan, Ravi Sharma, Ram Singh, Umed have been arrested by the police.
On April 10, Basant Kumar and his friend Gurdass were working at their office on Nithari Road when six persons came and started beating them. They later abducted Gurdass and later his body was found from Jharodha drain, a senior police official said.
A case was registered on April 11 in Aman Vihar police station. Four of them were arrested on April 18 and 19 while one of the accused was held yesterday.
Both of them had previous enmity over the issue of plying RTVs on the route and Gurdass had attacked Kuldeep in 2012 following which an FIR was also lodged then under police station Aman Vihar. The case is still pending in court.
Kuldeep wanted to take revenge of that incident.
