According to police, M Veerababu and R Ramesh are allegedly organisers of brothel houses which they have been running in different areas of Hyderabad and Secunderabad since the last eight years.
They were also involved in similar cases and wanted in four cases, a release from City Police stated.
Other accused namely Mohd Khaleel, Mahesh Rati, Abhijeet Vishwas (belonging to West Bengal), Deep Chand, who hails from Haryana, and E Bangaraiah are brokers and suppliers of women sex workers.
The accused also used to send the women to different hotels in twin cities on request by the customers.
Based on credible information, the sleuths of the Commissioner's Task Force (West Zone team) apprehended them.
Three cars and nine mobile phones were seized from their possession, the release added.
