Mohammad Yaseen was allegedly killed by former BSP MP Gorakh Prasad Jaiswal's guard Yogendra Pal Singh after they entered in an altercation over some issue, Superintendent of Police, Manoj Kumar said.
An FIR was registered in this regard and police later arrested the accused, he added.
