Former Patna HC Judge S N Hussain passes away

Justice S N Hussain, former judge of Patna High Court and Judicial Member of National Green Tribunal passed away at a private hospital here this morning.
He was 63.
Hussain is survived by his wife, two daughters and three sons.
Born in the year 1951, Hussain was elevated to bench as a judge of Patna High Court in 2004. He retired on July 16 last year and was subsequently appointed as a member of the NGT in New Delhi.
Justice Hussain was son of eminent senior advocate of Patna High Court (late) Syed Shah Asghar Hussain.
