The NM police in an official release said that the accused ran the racket through the website Navi Mumbai Escort Services. Police said that the accused would provide contact details to prospective customers and once these customers contacted the number, a deal would be made.
Police arrested the four after a decoy, posing as a cleint, was sent to meet one of the accused near a local college as part of a deal, police said.
Police said they moved in as the deal was being finalised. The police gave the names of the arrested accused as Durgeshkumar Chowdhary, 21, Anilkumar Shah, 23, Ritesh Paswan, 21 and Aniket Pandey, 20, all residents of Shiravane village in Navi Mumbai.
