V Chinnam Naidu alias Sannam Naidu and P Somaraju, dalam members of Galoikonda and Koraukonda area committees respectively, surrendered today, District Superintendent of Police (Rural) Koya Praveen said.
Naidu, a member of the outlawed movement since 2005 who was carrying a cash reward of Rs one lakh on his head, was involved in six offences including blast on Andhra Pradesh Forest Development Corporation (APFDC) coffee godowns and at a cell tower in agency area, he said.
Besides, the other two militia members - P Chanti and P Rambabu - who laid down their arms worked as informers and were involved in blast on APFDC coffee godowns, and blocking vehicular movement by placing trees on roads.
They would be rehabilitated as per the government policy, he added.
