Four of a family killed in van-lorry collision

Four members of a family, including two women, were killed on the spot when the van in which they were travelling in collided with a lorry near Kangeyam in nearby Tirupur district, today.
Police said the inmates of the van were coming from Kodumudi to Kangeyam and when the accident occured.
Under the impact of the collision the vehicle was totally damaged, they said.
