GNIDA approves construction of 4 bridges on Hindon River

In a bid to bring in better connectivity between Noida and Greater Noida, the Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority (GNIDA) Board today approved construction of four bridges on Hindon river.
At present, there are three bridges on Hindon river which provide connectivity between Noida and Greater Noida.
Besides this, the board has given approval for allotment of land for parking and property development for Noida Greater Noida Metro Rail to the Noida Metro Rail Company (NMRC).
The board has not hiked the land allotment rates for the year 2016-17. It also approved lease deed execution for those allottees who could not get it executed, an official release said.

The Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA) Board has approved the policy of 'No Litigation Allowance' of 64.7 percent to farmers who have withdrawn their petitions. The YEIDA board has also not hiked the land allotment rates, while the transfer charges have been made uniform at 5 per cent of the current rate.
