"Defence Ministry has allowed locals free entry on March 31 which is the last day of the four-day event scheduled in South Goa. The locals can show their identity cards and enter on the last day free of cost," Parsekar said.
Defence Ministry is headed by Manohar Parrikar, the former Chief Minister of Goa.
The global event would be inaugurated on March 28 at Naqueri Quitol in Quepem taluka.
"I appeal to people to take the benefit of watching this mega event of the country," Parsekar said.
A total of 47 countries and as many as 1000 companies have already registered their participation for this event, the CM added.
