GoBumpr raises USD 300K from The Chennai Angels

: Automobile services platform GoBumpr run by Northerly Automotive Solutions Pvt Ltd., has raised USD 300,000 led by The Chennai Angels in order to meet its expansion plans.
The investment round was led by TSM Group, Partner, R Mahalingam who runs oldest used cars business in city.
GoBumpr already raised a round of funding from Keiretsu Forum Chennai Chapter about six months back.
GoBumpr offers an end-to-end pitstop for car and bike owners to find, book and pay for automobile services at a click of the button.
"Our vision is to make life easy for both vehicle owners and service mechanics leveraging technology." GoBumpr, Founder, Karthik Venkateswaran said in a company statement.
"With our initial success in Chennai and Coimbatore so far, this round of funding will help us strengthen our market presence, expand to other cities and boost our technology platform with a focus on creating richer consumer experience", he said.
"GoBumpr's B2B2C solution is a first of its kind well received and adopted by service centers and garages. It provides the service centres with real-time analytics and improved customer retention helping them grow their business", Mahalingam said.
