"As BJD completes one-year of its fourth term in power, it is quite clear that the government is suffering from multi-organ failure as it has been severely indicted by the Supreme Court as well as the CAG on various issues," senior BJP leader Bijay Mohapatra told reporters here.
Claiming that cabinet papers are not even circulated among Ministers, the BJP stalwart said the government has become incapable of governing.
Stating that the CAG has also indicted the government on different issues, he said the Naveen Patnaik led government has betrayed the youths of the state by launching an employment mission in which over Rs 135 crore was spent whereas only 752 persons were provided with jobs.
Referring to land scam, the BJP leader demanded a thorough probe by a judicial commission into all allotments made hitherto by the General Administration department to unravel illegalities committed in the process.
"The Chief Minister should refrain from shielding himself by making others scapegoats," Mohapatra said.
Terming the state government's decision to reopen some mines which had been shut down as illegal, he said as matters relating to Justice M B Shah Commission's report and CEC are pending before the Supreme Court, the government's move is nothing but a blunder.
