Press Trust of India New Delhi National champion Harinder Pal Sandhu came back from two games down to beat Abdulla Al Tamimi of Qatar and earn a quarterfinal berth in the USD 15,000 NZ International squash tournament, a PSA event, at Paolmerston North in New Zealand today.
The sixth seeded Indian won 9-11, 10-12, 11-5, 11-4, 14-12 in a marathon fight that also involved saving a match ball, according to information received here.
Harinder next plays second seed Campbell Grayson of New Zealand tomorrow.
