Haryana assembly budget session to start from Mar 5

The budget session of the Haryana Assembly will commence from March 5.
This will be the first budget session of the newly elected 13th state Assembly. Assembly polls in Haryana were held in October last year.
The decision to hold budget session of the Assembly was taken in a meeting of State Cabinet held under the Chairmanship of Chief Minister Manohar Lal here today.
The Cabinet also decided to collect toll tax on the Tosham-Bhiwani and Tosham-Hisar roads which was approved by the Cabinet in the year 2008 on the basis of works completed on these roads in September 5 lay year, an official release said here.

In the year 2008, the then Chief Minister had accorded approval for collecting toll tax on 14 state roads, it said.
Out of these, toll tax had been imposed on 11 roads while the proposal to collect toll tax on one road had been rejected.
