He made the announcement while interacting with media persons at a function here to mark the completion of three years of his government.
The chief minister also launched a pension scheme for scribes on the occasion.
"We areformulating a new scheme under which a new reform would be rolled out every month, and the people would be apprised of its benefits," he said.
Khattar said when he took over the reins of the state three years ago, there was rampant corruption and the law and order situation was deteriorating.
As a result of the efforts made by the BJP-led state government, the Supreme Court gave a verdict in favour of Haryana on the Sutlej Yamuna Link Canal issue, he said.
The present government has also restarted the purchase of 'bajra' which had been discontinued by the previous government for three consecutive years, he said.
While referring to the Pradhan Mantri Fasal Bima Yojna (PMFBY) launched by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the chief minister said even though the farmers were in favour of the scheme and the Swaminathan Commission Report also suggested that there should beinsurance cover for the farmers' crops, the opposition parties opposed it for the sake of it.
