Khattar said that he has also asked the concerned advocates to strongly plead the case in the Supreme Court.
Addressing a 'Vikas rally' at Kanina in this district, the Chief Minister assured that southern Haryana would get its due share of water not only through SYL Canal but also through Hansi-Butana Canal.
The state government would negotiate with the neighbouring Rajasthan government to once again get water of Sahbi river for Southern Haryana, he said.
The government has sanctioned a Rs 143 crore special scheme for the area of Rewari-Mahendragarh, he added.
Khattar also announced to sanction Rs 75 crore to lift water so as to ensure it reaches the tail-end.
He sanctioned Rs 18 crore to clean drains and canals of the area.
He said that a Sainik School would also be set up on the border of Rewari-Mahendragarh-Jhajjar.
The state government has sanctioned Rs 1,561 crore for construction of roads in the state, the CM said.
Khattar said cooperation of people was must to ensure uninterrupted supply of power and urged them to pay the bills on time.
He criticised the previous governments for allegedly misleading the people by inciting them that they should not pay their electricity bills.
He said that the previous government projected Haryana as number one but the truth was that Haryana stands at number 11.
"The present state government would try to rank it higher," he added.
The state government has taken a number of effective steps to check corruption and these have yielded encouraging results, he said.
He also thanked the Chief Minister for announcing to set up AIIMS in southern Haryana.
