Under this scheme, all types of surgeries would be made available to every individual of the state free of cost, state Health Minister, Rao Narender Singh said.
The state has earmarked an annual budget of Rs 10 crore per year for this scheme and one needs to have an authorised Haryana residence proof to avail a free surgery, he said.
An anaesthetist working under this scheme would be paid Rs 2,000 per case while a surgical specialist would get Rs 2,500 per case.
Doctors and specialists from government hospitals would be paid a monetary incentive of Rs 3,000 per month to participate in the scheme, he said.
The state government was also making an attempt to involve the services of private specialists under the scheme.
