Haryana IAS officer to be Central Provident Fund Commissioner

Haryana cadre senior IAS officer Krishan Kumar Jalan will be the new Central Provident Fund Commissioner (CPFC).
Haryana Government today placed the services of Jalan, Additional Chief Secretary Irrigation Department at the disposal of Government of India with immediate effect for appointment as CPFC in Employees Provident Fund Organisation under Union Ministry of Labour and Employment.
An official spokesman said S S Dhillon, Additional Principal Secretary to Chief Minister, will hold charge of Irrigation Department in addition to his own duties in place of Jalan.
