"Education Minister Geeta Bhukkal has ordered an inquiry into the complaint that the complete map of India is not being taught to children in government schools in the e-Geography classes held under Bharat Operating System Solution (BOSS)", an official release said.
The release said "it is a very serious matter. The state government will look into the matter and take strict action against those found guilty."
Though the release did not provide details of the error in the map of India being shown to students attending the e-classes in government schools, official sources said the map of Jammu and Kashmir was not given in full.
