Anubrata Mondal had in his speech at Panrui on July 17, 2014, allegedly instigated party workers to hurl bombs at the police.
A complaint was lodged against Dudhkumar Mondal by a local TMC leader of Rajnagar for his alleged hate speech delivered on September 24, 2014.
An officer of the Panrui police station submitted the charge sheet before the court of Indranil Chatterjee, CJM, Suri, in connection with Anubrata's "hate" speech.
The court ordered Anubrata Mondal to be present on July 7 and Dudhkumar Mondal on August 24 for further hearing.
A second charge sheet against Dudhkumar Mondal was submitted at the ACJM court, Rampurhat today and the court ordered Mondal to appear before it on August 14.
On December 25, 2014, Dudhkumar had delivered a speech at a meeting of party workers, where he allegedly threatened to chop the wrists of opposition party workers. The Rampurhat Police had lodged a suo-motu case against him.
Commenting on the issue, Anubrata Mondal said "I have not yet received the copy of the order. I can comment on this only after receiving it."
Dudhkumar Mondal said "I have already apologised in public for what I said and following the orders I will appear before the courts at Suri and Rampurhat on the scheduled dates. I respect the judiciary and I have no intention to challenge it.
