A Division Bench headed by Chief Justice Vikramajit Sen set aside the order passed by Justice Ashok B Inchigeri on May 25, after hearing the pleas of 12 dental graduates.
On May 25, the court had directed ComedK to redo counselling for postgraduate dental courses when the pleas came up for hearing.
ComedK had refused counselling to these dental graduates on the grounds that the counterfoil produced by them did not carry the seals of banks and DDs were not taken from the banks listed by Comedk.
