Health Min directs forming cadre of specialist doctors in Hry

Haryana's Health Minister Anil Vij has instructed the officers concerned of the department to prepare a cadre of specialist doctors to facilitate recruitment of doctors.
Vij, who chaired a review meeting of the Department here today, also directed to specify the number of posts of specialist doctors.
"Besides, keeping in view the demand of the doctors, Medical Officers would be promoted to the post of Assistant Senior Medical Officer after a fixed period of time," an official release said.
The department would also implement a scheme to prepare health cards of all people in the state under which about 36 necessary tests would be conducted after a fixed interval.

"It is also being considered to link these health cards with Aadhaar Cards so that people may not face any problem in assessing their records anytime at any place," the release further said.
