Churu and Barmer witnessed the maximum temperature of 44 degrees Celsius each, followed by Sriganganagar and Jaisalmer 43.5 degrees Celsius each, Bikaner 42.7 degrees Celsius, Dabok 42.3 degrees Celsius, Pilani 41.6 degrees Celsius, Ajmer 41.5 degrees Celsius and Jaipur 41 degrees Celsius.
A light rainfall with thunderstorm also occurred at isolated areas in eastern parts of the state.
The MeT department has predicted thunderstorm with squall and hailstorm at isolated pockets in the state during the next 24 hours.
