Klum will reportedly begin filming with her fellow judges today during the first round of auditions in New Orleans.
The busy single mother of four will join judges Howard Stern, Howie Mandel and Melanie Brown.
Former Spice Girl Brown was recently announced as the replacement judge for Sharon Osbourne, who left the show in August 2012 amidst an ugly public fight with NBC.
The 'Talk' co-host claimed the network had fired her son Jack from a reality series, Stars Earn Stripes, after he was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis.
