The company sold 15,714 units in January last year, Honda Cars India Ltd (HCIL) said in a statement.
Last month, the company sold 951 units of small car Brio, 6,709 units of compact sedan Amaze, 2,942 units of Mobilio and 7,671 units of the mid-sized sedan City.
Besides, the company sold 58 units of sports utility vehicle CRV.
In addition, the company exported a total of 1,369 units during the month.
HCIL Senior Vice-President (Marketing and Sales) Jnaneswar Sen said: "January 2015 has been an extremely good month for HCIL. We registered our highest monthly domestic sales of this fiscal contributed by strong sales momentum for all the models.
