"I will appear (before the Commission) on March 25 as I have been summoned," Hooda told reporters here today.
Asserting that he had not done anything illegal, Hooda questioned the intention of the BJP government behind the formation of the Commission.
"I have not done anything wrong...Everybody knows the intention of the (BJP) government," he said adding that the scope of the Commission had been fixed to probe only a particular area.
Last month, the Commission had summoned Haryana Chief Secretary Deepinder Singh Dhesi and officials of the private firms for recording of statement.
The commission has earlier examined retired IAS officer and member of Union Public Service Commission Chattar Singh, who was the principal secretary to Hooda.
Singh handled files of the Town and Country Planning Department in the chief minister's office (CMO).
