Hot conditions in Raj

Hot conditions prevailed in Rajasthan with temperatures crossing the 40-degrees mark even as light to moderate rainfall occurred in some places of the state since yesterday.
Churu was the hottest place with a maximum of 44.3 degrees Celsius followed by Kota at 43.3 degrees.
Bikaner, Jaipur, Ajmer, Pilani and Barmer recorded maximum temperatures 43, 42.6, 41.3, 41.1 and 39.8 degrees Celsius respectively, according to Met department here.
Light to moderate rainfall occurred at isolated places in Jaipur, Kota and Bikaner divisions since yesterday.
The weather would be dry in the state tomorrow, a MeT forecast said.
