The announcement was made in a meeting here between Chief Secretary DS Dhesi and British Deputy High Commissioner David Lelliott, who had called on Dhesi to invite him for an interactive session on 'Infrastructure and Urban Development' to be held here on October 21, an official release said.
A Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) has been set up to develop Faridabad as Smart City and consultants are being appointed for the same. Faridabad would be developed on PPP mode, the release further said.
