There were reports that in a recent interview the 32-year-old socialite boasted of her DJing skills, reported the New York Post.
"The media always ends up twisting my words. What I said was, I am probably the highest paid DJ - not that I'm the best DJ in the world," she said.
Hilton teamed up with Lil Wayne's Cash Money Records in May. She previously released a self-titled debut album in 2006.
"I have been friends with Baby and Lil Wayne for years. Now I feel like I'm a part of the family," she said.
