The 29-year-old 'Roar' hitmaker, who parted ways with Meyer last month, recently sparked dating rumours with her close friend and DJ-producer Diplo, reported E!Online.
First spotted together at the Coachella music festival, Perry and Diplo, were seen enjoying a cosy dinner at a restaurant a few days ago.
"Uh, yes I am, hello," Perry said during a show.
The singer was married to Russell Brand for 14-months until December 2011. Perry and John Mayer broke up in February after about a year and a half after an on-off dating.
