India shouldn't go for talks, cricket ties with Pak, says Ajit

In the wake of Gurdaspur terror attack, there should be no bilateral talks with Pakistan and India should not have cricketing ties with the neighbouring country, NCP leader Ajit Pawar today said.
Condemning the terror attack, Pawar, former Deputy Chief Minister of Maharashtra and nephew of NCP chief Sharad Pawar, said in the Legislative Assembly, "There should be no talks with Pakistan. Similarly, cricketing ties with the neighbouring country should not be discussed."
Pawar also brought to the notice of the House some posts circulating on Whatsapp "with malicious content against elected representatives."
He also showed the posts on his mobile phone to other members.

The NCP leader asked Assembly Speaker Haribhau Bagde to take note of the posts with "objectionable content" and direct the government to take action.
Bagde instructed the government to take appropriate action in the matter. However, he also told Pawar that bringing mobile phones in the House was not allowed.
