Indian expatriate worker shot dead in Saudi Arabia

Anwaruddin, who hailed from Vazhuthur near here in Ramanathapuram district, was killed by a man when he was asked to pay for the petrol filled for his car, they said quoting information received from the victim's friends in Damam.

He had been working in the petrol bunk for the past five years.

Anwaruddin's wife Ali Nisha, who received the telephonic information about his death, requested the district officials to take steps to bring the body to his native place.
