Kunal Bhavan, faces a second-degree murder charge in the death of his 41-year-old mother in the Ontario city of Mississauga after a domestic incident between them last week, the Toronto Sun reported.
"We were called to the victim's home in Mississauga and the woman was taken to hospital with serious injuries," police said.
The victim, identified by police as Vaishali Patel, was rushed to hospital with life-threatening injuries where she later died.
