Industrial oil slips on reduced demand

Castorseeds bold and castor oil commercial slipped in an otherwise lacklustre Vashi oils and oilseeds wholesale market here today on reduced offtake from shippers and soap industries.
While, groundnut oil, refined palmolein and linseed oil ruled stable in the absence of any worthwhile buying activity.
In the non-edible section, castorseeds bold eased by Rs 25 per 100 kg to Rs 4,850 from last Saturday's closing level of Rs 4,875 and castor oil commercial also moved down by Rs 5 per 10 kg to Rs 1,000 as against Rs 1,005 previously.
Linseed oil closed unchanged at Rs 780 per 10 kg.

Moving to edible segment, groundnut oil and refined palmolein ended unaltered at Rs 1,020 and Rs 568 per 10 kg, respectively.
