Police are on the look out for two persons, who escaped after inflicting knife injuries on the crew of a private bus last night in the city.
The passengers of the bus, plying between Perur and Sitra, refused to buy tickets, despite conductor Riyaz asking them several times. Even the requests from the driver Sundar also not heeded, police said.
In the ensuing argument, the passengers attacked them with knife and escaped from the bus.
Both the crew members were admitted to the Government hospital here.
A man hunt was on for the duo, police added.
